Tracking Parameters

We've implemented new error detection for tracking parameters in the dashboard. If an organization's meta-tracking parameter is misconfigured, users will now automatically be notified of the issue via a modal. From there, the following options are available:

  • Access to the Learning Suite for detailed guides and documentation
  • Direct navigation to settings, where misconfigurations can be reviewed and corrected in detail

Discount Codes: Marketing Overview & Influencer Table

With this update, we have fundamentally revamped the display of discount codes in Tracify – and are now delivering the second part of a previously announced release.What has changed:

  • Marketing Overview: All discount code usage will now be displayed in the Marketing Overview – regardless of whether influencer tracking is active. This closes a gap for all customers who use discount codes but do not have an influencer setup.
  • Influencer Table: The dedicated discount code table in the Influencer section is back – but filtered: Only codes assigned to an active collaboration will be displayed. Customers without a collaboration setup will not see any entries here.

Important Note: Discount codes are displayed as raw data in both sections – without attribution.

Customer Journey: New Filter Features

With this update, we have added two new filter options to the Conversion Paths table:

  • Average Time Between Touchpoints: Filter paths by the average time span between individual touchpoints
  • Average Customer Journey Length: Filter paths by the average total length of the customer journey
